Building furniture that outlasts trends

We're a small workshop in Melbourne focused on one thing: creating furniture that people actually want to keep. Not because it's trendy, but because it works and it lasts.

Where we started

It began with frustration. Furniture that looked good in catalogs but fell apart within a year. Pieces that didn't quite fit the space they were meant for.

We started making our own. First for friends, then for clients who wanted something built properly. Word spread, and here we are.

The workshop is still small. We don't take on more work than we can handle ourselves, which means every piece gets the attention it deserves.

What guides our work

Honest materials

We use solid timber, not veneers over particle board. If it's going to be in your home for decades, it should be built from materials that can handle it.

Functional design

Beauty matters, but not at the expense of usability. A table should be comfortable to sit at. A cabinet should make sense when you open it.

Local craftsmanship

Everything is made here in Melbourne. We know the people who supply our timber, and we're accountable for what we build.

Our workshop approach

We don't work from templates. Each project starts with a conversation about your space and how you use it.

From there, we sketch options and discuss what makes sense. Once we agree on direction, we source the right timber and begin the build.

You're updated throughout the process, and we make adjustments if something isn't quite right. The goal is furniture that fits your life, not ours.
